FAMILY FARM RAISED BEEF

We are a specialty and smoked meat purveyor, developing an artisan touch to old world craft meats.  For 25 years, Scott has been perfecting smoked summer sausage, then one day his family said; “STOP! Don’t change a thing, that’s perfect!”.

We custom cut and wrap domestic animals and process wild game. But, our forte and true passion, is artisan smoked meats.

Our Artisan Meats are delicious and healthy. They are made from the finest select cuts of USDA inspected beef and pork.  All of our recipes are gluten free, no msg,and low sodium.  Select products also have no sugar.   They are both delicious and nutritious – great for after school snacks, party hor’dourves, or gift packs!

CUSTOM CUT, GRIND AND WRAP

Bring us your domestic or game carcass to us for custom cut, grind and wrap. We can make our Artisan Meats from those too! Try them, you will be glad you did.

COME BY OUR RETAIL OUTLET

We have a retail outlet at 15450 Vantage Hwy in Ellensburg.  We are generally open Monday thru Friday 9am to noon and 1pm to 5pm, Saturday 9am to noon, and closed Sunday. You might want to call us first to make sure we’re not chasing grandkids somewhere else!!
